GENCAT- “Secretaria d’Indústria” Design of nanometric systems, nanoparticle dispersions and nanocoatings

Summary: This project is focused on modeling and simulation techniques for nanostructures. The project is divided in two subprojects:

  • Searching of solvent stabilizers for alumina nanoparticle dispersions
  • Design of materials for the growth of metalliic layers in integrated circuits
