SUPERCRITICAL FLUID TECHNOLOGIES APPLIED TO ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PROCESSES

Recognised with 1.5 free-choice credits from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona

The course is suitable for food technology, science and engineering students, as well as for professionals interested in the field of supercritical fluids. The participants will learn the fundamentals of supercritical fluids technologies through theory, practice and laboratory sessions, given by renowned experts in the field. The total time of the course is 22,5 hours, divided in 4 classes (4 hours each) with theory and practice, one 2-hour exercise class and one 4-hour lab session. The cost of the course is: UAB students (accredited): 75 € + VAT. no-UAB students:100 € + VAT. professionals: 200 € + VAT.   Once the course is approved, the UAB students will be awarded 1.5 free-choice credits. The course will start on 12 April 2010. The online registration will be open until the 31 March 2010.

Convalidable per 1.5 crèdits de lliure elecció de la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona

El curs està dirigit a estudiants de tecnologia d’aliments, estudiants de ciències químiques i enginyeria, així com a  persones interessades en temes de fluids supercrítics.

Els participants adquiriran coneixements aplicats dels usos industrials de fluids supercrítics, fins i tot amb  experimentació al laboratori, impartits per reconeguts experts en el camp.

El curs es de 22,5 hores i està dividit en 4 sessions de 4 hores teòric - aplicades, 1 sessió de 4 hores de pràctiques amb equips d’alta pressió i una presentació d’exercicis de 2 hores.

El preu de la matrícula és de:

• 75 € + IVA per estudiant UAB (acreditat).
• 100 € + IVA per estudiant no-UAB.
• 200 € +IVA per empreses.

Un cop aprovat el curs, els assistents rebran el certificat corresponent a 1.5 crèdits convalidables per la UAB.

El curs comença el 12 d’abril 2010.
